NASA Clears Space Shuttle Endeavour For Launch

Paramount Cancels DreamWorks’ Bee Movie on HD-DVD

Educational cartoons that still manage to provide a great deal of entertainment are sometimes hard to find. There are many cartoons out there for kids, but none quite like Caillou. I have a few nieces and nephews and one cartoon they always sit down to watch is Caillou, for some reason or another. Needless to say, they were excited to see Caillou: Caillou’s Family Favorites hit DVD.

The set of episodes from the show has been released by Paramount and PBS and puts forth some fun and quality entertainment for the little ones out there. Read more

It’s time to face the facts, not everybody has the luxury of having a wireless network in their homes, and not everybody has one that can connect up to their video-game console. This has proven a bit of a problem for Nintendo Wii owners as the system only supports a wireless internet connection, unless you get an extra peripheral. Nyko has come out with exactly one of those peripherals, turning the Wii into a console that can accept a wired LAN connection, the Nyko Net Connect.

The Net Connect is very simple in its design, in that it basically just plugs into the USB port of your Wii, and allows you to plug in an Ethernet cable on the other end of the dongle, turning your Nintendo Wii into a console that can accept a wired internet connection. Read more

One of the biggest pains in regards to the Sony PS3 is the fact that, unless you buy some sort of adapter, the only way to charge your SIXAXIS controller is through a USB cord, causing you to keep your PS3 on at all times while charging. Nyko has come out with a solution to this with the Charge Station 2.

The Charge Station 2 is the second attempt from Nyko to come out with a peripheral to charge your PS3 controllers. This new Charge Base 2 allows users to charge up to 2 PS3 controllers at once through its nicely designed base. Read more

A new U.S. study has shown that taking high doses of vitamin E supplements can actually increase the risk of developing lung cancer. The study looked at 77,000 people. Researchers stated that all of those they followed in the study were between the ages of 50 and 76. Read more
