NHL 2K9
Wii Review
Developer: Visual Concepts
Publisher: 2K Sports
I was very excited to hear that Visual Concepts and 2K Sports were going to be bringing the NHL 2K series to the Nintendo Wii. Wii fans have already been given some great sports releases with games like MLB Power Pros from 2K, the Madden series, etc. So how did hockey do on the Nintendo Wii?
The game, overall, is a great deal of fun on the Nintendo Wii platform. The first question is easily going to be, how does it control? That was my big question going into it. Thankfully, Visual Concepts did a really solid job with the controls of the game. Things start off with taking shots, as this is all handled with a flick toward the screen while holding down the B button. Read more

This game, as expected is all about the Ferrari cars, as you will be driving a variety of different types of cars such as the Ferrari F430, the Ferrari F50, FXX, and more. Read more

Ferrari Challenge
Wii Review
Publisher: Eutechnyx
Developer: System 3 Arcade Software
The Nintendo Wii really has not had much in terms of a AAA racing simulation experience. Actually, the best racer the system has to offer to date is still Mario Kart. With that said, Ferrari Challenge has made its way to the Nintendo Wii to try and fix that.
The game has its biggest issue with the actual controls of the game, as the Wii is always meant to be a console for less serious racing style games. The Wii is always seen as a fun console, and an inventive one. So to say that a technical racing sim would work on it is a hard thing to prove. Read more

Unfortunately, for fishing fans, the next-generation of gaming consoles has not been very friendly to you in regards to a solid fishing game, whether it be a simulation, or arcade release. Activision, with developer Fun Labs, tried but failed yet again with Rapala Fishing Frenzy 2009.
