In search for a final solution to combat global obesity (including USA), I believe that I developed, in 2005, one of the best. I named it Luqaimat Training Technique “LTT”, which is a one form of delayed Gratification.

Obesity may be due to early gratification behavior. I named it early gratification-related obesity “EGO”, that is why I trained my patients on eating small meals “Luqaimat” 5-10 times per day, plus one diversified moderate-sized happy meal at the end of the day as a reward.

My morbidly obese patients (BMI 40+) lost an average of 32.4 Kg at the end of the year.

Nowadays, as a result of more training perfection which included my innovated technique of Stomach Satiety Spot stimulation, my morbidly patients lost average 42 kg at the end of the first year.

This means that acquiring the habit of delayed gratification is an effective way for losing weight and keeping it off.

In the 1960s, hundreds of children were subjected to The Marshmallow Experiment by psychology researchers at Stanford University.

According to the response to experiment, those children were classified into 2 categories based on their behavior: delayed gratification or early gratification.

Over the following years, these children have been tracked by Stanford researchers. They found that those who succeeded in delayed Gratification response had higher S.A.T. scores, lower BMI, better stress management, better career development, and ability to maintain friendships.

The scientists have since concluded that delaying gratification is a skill that can be acquired, learned and trained, simply by practicing specific techniques.

This is similar to what I did with my obese patients, when I trained them on “LTT”, and I am aiming to spread this approach in the Arab societies. I believe that USA scientists can use the “LTT” approach to combat the sky rocketing obesity in their society.

summerslam one of the very first wwe ppvs normally done very well and this didnt
dissapoint / first we have jeff hardy taking on mvp in a pretty good match lots of back and fourth action mvp wins after shelton pushes jeff of the top rope /
now the womens and ic title to be decided in a tag match champs kofi and mickie
vs pheonix and marrela.pheonix and marrela pick up the win in an ok match /
next batista beat john cena in one hell of a match possibly the best match of the
night in my opinion tremendous batista bomb,fu and another batista bomb for
batista to win / next for the ecw title mark henry defends against matt hardy in
tarnish of a match matt hardy leading the match when tony atlas interfers to get
henry dq in 33 seconds highlight was jeff came out and the hardys destroyed
henry and atlas / now for the world title cm punk beat jbl in an ok match nothing to
special / triple h dethrowed khali to retain the wwe title in a suprisingly good match triple h with a pedigree to beat the giant / the 7th and final match was hell in a cell were undertaker beat edge in tremendous cell match not the best cell match but still awesome more action then i think ive ever seen in my life taker
wins after a tombstone then a chokeslam through the ring from the top of a ladder / overall summerslam is highly recommendable with only one let down match and a hell in a cell you will not be dissapointed.
