Microsoft Keeps Windows XP Alive For Another 6 Months

Washington (dbTechno) - Microsoft has come out and stated that they are going to keep the Windows XP operating system alive for another 6 months.
Microsoft seems to keep on extending the live of Windows XP.
Back in April, they announced that Windows XP Home was going to stay around for another two years on budget latops.
Then, just a few months later, Microsoft expanded this extension to other products.
Microsoft has decided to extend the life of WIndows XP again this month.
They announced that they will not stop shipping Windows XP Professional media to computer makers until July 21, 2009.
This is 6 months after the January 31, 2009 date when they planned to stop.
