Sony Forced To Issue Recall Of Roughly 100,000 Batteries

Washington (dbTechno) - Sony has been forced to issue a recall roughly 100,000 batteries worldwide due to problems they are having.
Sony has been forced to recall them in regards to the level of heat that they generate.
It appears that they heat up to the point where they could potentially light on fire.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has put out a report in regards to the recall.
They stated that to this point there have been 19 reports of batteries overheating, with 17 of them leading to the batteries lighting on fire.
