Apple, known for their leading edge technology when it comes to the PC, have once again stepped up their game coming out with new upgraded versions of their iMac, Mac mini and Mac Pro desktops.

Apple reported a sharp reduction of desktop sales in the latter part of 2008, thus they hope that their new product line will boost this part of their business.

They decided to try to boost recognition for their desktop line due to slumping sales of the larger models due to the flurrishing success of laptop computers.

The biggest update was seen with their upgraded version of their iMac, from a 20-inch model to a 24 incher.

The upgraded system comes with double the memory, double the storage space, but at the exact same price as the older model.

Apple hope that by offering the new product line at the same price as the older versions of the iMac that more consumers will decide to purchase.
