The company owned by Mastromarino, New Jersey-based Biomedical Tissue Services, reportedly sold tissues to 10,000 people illegally.

He is facing charges which range from forgery, theft, conspiracy, abuse of corpse, funeral-home violations, etc.

Many patients have come out and stated that they have developed diseases due to the body parts they received.

Some of the body parts came from people who were infected with HIV, or had developed cancer.

He entered a guilty plea this week, admitting to stealing body parts from 244 dead people.

He did all of this without the permission of his supervisor.

This guilty plea came after he entered a guilty plea back in June to enterprise corruption, body stealing, and reckless endangerment.  He was sentenced to 18 to 54 years in jail for this plea.

The guilty plea by Mastromarino comes with a promise that he will testify against brothers Louis and Gerald Garzone next week if needed.

The Garzone brothers owned a crematory, where the body parts came from.

He faces the chance that he will have to spend the rest of his life in prison.
