Philadelphia Eagles Will Pay Michael Vick’s Roster Bonus

The Philadelphia Eagles have decided to make Michael Vick a part of their future plans as they have announced their intent to pay him his roster bonus.

Vick is owed 1.5 million bucks by the team, who could choose to not pay it but would then have to let Vick go, something that they appear not willing to do.

Vick got into a handful of games last season, and through a touchdown pass in the Eagles playoff game where they were thumped by the Cowboys.

Last season Vick threw for 162 yards and two touchdowns in the regular and post season.

Vick has expressed interest in being a starter in 2010, something that would not be the case if he remains in Philly.
