According to reports, the home is in need of some renovations though.

According to PEOPLE, the house is at 3420 Snelling Avenue—not the better-known Snelling in St. Paul, but the street that runs between Hiawatha and Minnehaha in South Minneapolis’s Longfellow neighborhood. Several photos of the house’s exterior and interior can be seen in the online listing for the property.

The 1,348-square-foot 3BR was built in 1913. “Revitalize this historic home which Prince featured in his Purple Rain movie,” invites the listing. “This home needs to be rehabbed. Newer boiler in 2010.”
