World Wrestling Entertainment has come out with their DVD release of No Way Out 2009, a big PPV that was headlined by the elimination chamber match.

WWE No Way Out 2009 was a well-hyped show which aired from Seattle, Washington on February 15, 2009.

The card was fairly stacked with the elimination chamber matches leading the way.  There were two of these matches, one for the WWE Championship, while  the other was for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Both of the elimination chamber matches were very strong, with the first consisting of Edge, Triple H, Undertaker, Jeff Hardy, Big Show, and Vladimir Kozlov, while the second consisted of John Cena, Rey Mysterio, Edge, Chris Jericho, Mike Knox, and Kane.

Both had a lot of star-power and both delivered a great deal of entertainment to be quite honest.

Beyond that, there were a few other strong matches, including the Shawn Michaels vs. JBL match which was “All or Nothing” with the whole slavery angle being played out.

Shane McMahon also went head tot head with Randy Orton in a No Holds Barred Match, while the card was capped off with an ECW title match between Jack Swagger and Finlay.

The whole way in which the show played out was fairly strong, and the ending was a nice surprise to say the very least.

Extras on the DVD release consist of an interview with the winner of the first elimination chamber match, as well as a match from Raw the night after between Shane McMahon and Randy Orton.

Overall, WWE No Way Out 2009 ended up being a pretty strong show thanks in great part to the two strong elimination chamber matches.  Not the best show of the year, but worth a look on DVD!

Not the best entertainment of the year but a very strong show with the elimination chamber matches.

Video: 8.2 Per usual for WWE, a great transfer.

Audio: 8.2
Same as with the video, good stuff.

Extras: 6.0
Couple little things thrown in, but not much.

Final Score: 7.6
