Whitney Houston Releases First Album in 7 Years

Boston (DbTechNo) – Its been a long time coming but singing legend Whitney Houston is about to release her latest album.

Houston, 46 has been away from the music scene for some time now, but is back in a big way.

For the last 7 years, she has been in the spotlight on occasion not for her music, but for her public battles with drugs, and a messy divorce from Bobby Brown.

her sixth studio album, “I Look To You,” is her first in 7 years and features songs written by R. Kelly and Alicia Keys.

Analysts are not sure if Whitney can regain what she once had, because of a vast change in the music scene today compared to back in the 90′s.

“It’s a Beyonce world,” said Caryn Ganz, an editor at Rolling Stone magazine. “I don’t think Whitney has a clear place anymore.”

Whitney’s last album, “Just Whitney” was the worst selling of her entire career and she has higher hopes forthis one to be released today.
