Washington (dbTechno) – The season to be jolly is here with Disney’s Christmas Carol.

Christmas season has arrived as the holiday movies begin to roll out in theaters, Christmas decorations go all over the front lawns of Americans all across the country, gifts get bought, etc.

That is clearly the case, and DIsney is leading the way to spread Christmas cheer with Robert Zemeckis’ 3D animated feature A Christmas Carol.

The holiday box office season is kicking off early this year with this release as the film looks to truly top the box office and steal the show.

A Christmas Carol will play on both 2D and 3D screens in 3,700 theaters total.

The film, which stars Jim Carrey, will play on 181 IMAX screens and over 2,000 3D screens when it is all said and done.

The expectation is that this will be a first-rate film, raking in over $50 milliion.
