Heidi Klum Takes Last Name of Husband Seal

Boston (DbTechNo) - It is being reported that Heidi Klum has officially taken the last name of her husband Seal.
She had filed paperwork last month requesting the name change, siting marriage as her reason.
Heidi Samuel is her new name, but it is not known if she will take Seal’s last name professionally or not.
The couple were married 4 years ago and have 3 biological children; 1 daughter and 2 boys.
Seal is also the adoptive father of Klum’s daughter, Leni, who is 5.
