US Actor Alec Baldwin Retiring in 2012

Boston (DbTechNo) – Actor Alec Baldwin has come out and stated that he has had enough of acting and plans to retire soon.

He considers his career a huge failure, and says he has just had enough.

He says he plans to retire in 2012, after his contract with NBC expires.

“I don’t have any interest in acting anymore,” he says in an interview with Men’s Journal.

“Movies are a part of my past. It’s been 30 years. I’m not young, but I have time to do something else”.

Baldwin is 51 years old and is an Emmy winner for his work on 30 Rock.

He has filmed a boatload of movies throughout his career, including “The Cooler,” “It’s Complicated” and “Beetlejuice”.
