Los Angeles Coroner Releases Brittany Murphy Death Certificate

Boston (DbTechNo) - The Los Angeles coroner has just released the death certificate for actress Brittany Murphy.

The 32 year old actress died 10 days ago after suffering a massive heart attack in her own shower.

The cause of death is listed on the document as “deferred”, meaning that the actual cause is not yet known.

Various medical tests have been performed on her body to determine her exact cause of death, including toxicology, histiological and neurological tests.

At the time of her death, an array of prescription drugs were found in her bedroom, suggesting that there might be more to her death than a heart attack from natural causes.

One surprising note on the certificate is the fact that the document lists Brittany’s father as “unknown” instead of listing her actual father, Angelo Bertolotti.

Murphy was laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in LA on Christmas Eve.
