Lindsay Lohan Could Go To Jail For Probation Violation

Due to an apparent probation violation actress Lindsay Lohan could be going to jail.

After being busted for DUI last year, Lohan was ordered to attend alcohol education classes but she has not been attending.

This is a direct violation of her terms of probation and because she is violating them she could go to jail.

A jail cell maybe the best place for Lohan these days as it would surely keep her out of trouble.

Lets see, what would Lindsay not be in a position to do if she was in jail?

First of all she would be unable to stay up late partying, she would not be able to pour drinks over ex lovers, and she would also not be able to pose for pics with a gun in her mouth.

According to Lindsay’s lawyer, the starlet continues to be on good terms regarding her probation: “We have received no negative written report from the program and contend Ms. Lohan is therefore in compliance.”
