Heidi Montag Divorcing Spencer Pratt

It is being reported that The Hills star Heidi Montag is filing for divorce from husband Spencer Pratt.

The pair have had an on again off again relationship since getting married, and recently were even rumored to have separated only to shoot that one down.

The couple were married back in 2009, and Heidi turned a lot of heads after revealing that she underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in the span of 24 hours.

Those who think that this is just another stupid publicity stunt fear not as Montag filed the appropriate documents in Santa Monica Superior Court, according to People magazine.

Her lawyer told the mag: “The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement. Both parties are amicable with each other and over the possibility of finalizing their divorce.”
