Did Lindsay Lohan Hit A Baby Stroller?

Just out of rehab, Lindsay Lohan is already back in hot water.

Rumor has it that Lohan, driving a Maserati hit a woman pushing a stroller on Wednesday afternoon and then drove off.

According to witnesses, Lohan failed to look both ways when making a turn at around 5:00 PM Wednesday afternoon.

She stopped for a few seconds, and then panicked, taking off and not looking back.

One of the witnesses, appears to be a rookie paparazzi so there is doubt being cast on his version of events.

No police report has been filed so the legitimacy of this story is up in the air for now.

Lohan completed 24 of a 90 day rehab stint and before that spent 13 days in jail.
