Did Lindsay Lohan Run Into A Baby Stroller?

Actress Lindsay Lohan is being accused of hitting a baby stroller with her car as she turned out of an underground parking garage.

According to eye witnesses, Lohan was not looking where she was going and as she turned, she clipped the stroller, with the baby inside it.

Lohan reportedly stopped for a few seconds, before taking off and not looking back.

One witness is photographer Austin Visschedyk, who says that he rolled up next to Lohan after the incident and that she said that she saw the woman with the stroller standing in the crosswalk not moving.

Photographers will say anything to make a buck, and the fact that no police report has been filed, does cast a lot of doubt over this story.
