Munsters Actor Butch Patrick Enters Drug Rehab

It is being reported that The Munsters actor Butch Patrick has checked into a rehab facility in New Jersey.

The former child star played the role of boy werewolf Eddie Munster in the popular 60′s sitcom and is seeking help for an addiction to alcohol and drugs.

His agent says that the 57 year old has been addicted to cocaine for years, and finally decided to seek professional help.

Patrick also recently moved to Philadelphia to start a relationship with a woman, but she had just left him.

“He has suffered with alcohol and drug addiction, according to his family, probably since he was 17…and he had just broken up with the woman he moved here for,” said his agent, Jodi Ritzen.

“He’s never been in rehab before so at 57 to make that decision was really hard but I’m extremely proud of him,” Ritzen said.
