Kristy McNichol Reveals She Is A Lesbian

Kristy McNichol, who has generally stayed out of the limelight for many years has stepped back into the limelight for a moment in order to hopefully help children who are bullied.

Kristy McNichol, lesbian announcement was made in the hopes of helping children and teens who may be gay or lesbian and being bullied by others because they may be seen as different. Kristy also revealed that she has been living with her partner for the last twenty years.

Kristy left acting due to health issues many years ago. She suffered from anxiety and was later diagnosed as having bipolar disorder. She hopes that her coming out about her lifestyle can be a help to children who need support.
