Amanda Bynes Arrested For Reckless Endangerment, Taken To Hospital For Psych Test

Bynes was charged with pop possession, reckless endangerment and tampering of evidence.

According to the Huff Post, neighbors were concerned about her odd behavior which included speaking to herself.

When police arrived, the actress threw a drug-related bong out the window which prompted her being arrested for reckless endangerment – a misdemeanor charge.

The former co-star of the hit movie “Easy A” didn’t make things easier for herself by exclaiming, “Do you know who I am?” Playing celebrity card failed to sway the arresting officers. Before she was in-processed at the county jail, Bynes was administered a psych evaluation.

A source close to Bynes told TMZ that police were called because the former actress was showing signs of disturbing behavior, including talking to herself. According to the website, when the police showed up she lost it and began yelling, “Don’t you know who I am?”

Fans of hers are hoping that this latest incident might lead to the much needed psychiatric intervention that the actress has been needing ever since her descent into trouble over the past year. Bynes has had trouble over a DUI incident, hit-and-run, and obvious drug use.

It seems that almost weekly the actress is trying to garner positive attention for herself while being seemingly oblivious to how she feeds the very tabloid stories she disdains. Bynes has refused to acknowledge any need for help, but hopefully this incident will be able to change that.

UPDATE: The Associated Press reports that it was a building official who called police to complain that Bynes was smoking marijuana and rolling a joint in the building’s lobby. When cops went to Bynes’ apartment they saw heavy smoke and a bong, which Bynes then threw out the window in front of the officers.

“Amanda Bynes Arresed” isn’t the only headline the troubled star has had this week.

On Thursday Bynes tried to board a private flight from the New York area to Los Angeles with a Google search instead of government I.D. after telling the plane’s pilot her license was suspended and she had no other form of identification.

The Daily Mail reports, The actress was then informed that per TSA regulations she would not be able to fly without it, at which point Amanda directed the Google, with sources reporting that she screamed ‘I’m Amanda Bynes!’

The pilot then reportedly called a representative from the airline to see if they could allow the faded starlet onto the flight, but the jet company was adamant that no special treatment was to be given.

She was not able to take the flight.

Actor Pierce Brosnan is among the many celebrities who enjoy spending time in the water balancing atop a paddle board.

Brosnan, who is best known as television’s “Remington Steele” and as James Bond Agent 007 in the movies, has been spotted numerous times by fans when on holiday with his family in Hawaii, enjoying the ocean waters on a paddle board. Lucky for Brosnan, he can practice his paddle board skills off the coast of Kauai, Hawaii where he has a home in addition to the waters along the shores of Malibu, California where he makes his primary residence.

Brosnan says he often enjoys just losing himself by spending hours smoothly gliding along calm ocean waters aboard his paddle board. Brosnan is often accompanied on his paddle board excursions by his son, although his wife, actress Keeley Shaye Smith, seems to prefer to sun herself on the shore. Brosnan doesn’t have as much time to enjoy his passion for paddle boarding as he would like since he seems to be busier than ever with an assortment of film projects. He admits that his sons often try to coax him to watch his old James Bond movies, but Brosnan would rather be out enjoying his paddle board.

15-year-old Killed Siblings With A Knife

Thursday night, their mother found her four-year old dead inside their home. Police say she couldn’t find her other two sons when she contacted authorities.

According to ABC 4, Davis County sheriff deputies later found the ten year old dead inside the home.

“It appears they did from a knife like wound,” says Sheriff Todd Richardson.

The 15-year old fled the home but Layton police found him shortly after midnight.

“He had some wounds,” Richardson says.

After being questioned, Richardson says he was booked into a juvenile facility in Davis County.

“He acted alone,” he says. “There are no others at large.

Neighbours say they are shocked.

“I’ve talked with their mother many times but I never got the sense that there was this kind of trouble,” says neighbor Lindsey Caballero. “You could tell there was a sibling rivalry between the biological son and the adopted boys. But I never imagined it could go this far.”

“This is really hard to understand,” said one student who said she sits next to him in a science class. “He is very friendly and always talking about school work and he’s very smart.”

The bodies of the four-year old and ten-year old were removed from the house early Thursday morning and taken to the medical examiner for an official autopsy report.

Their father, who is in the militar is reportedly returning to West Point.

A Bernalillo County sheriff’s detective questioned the teen Saturday night and the details of their conversation were spelled out in the statement.

Sadly, this isn’t the first case of a sibling being charged with murder this year; a New Mexico teenager who is accused of fatally shooting his parents and three younger siblings told authorities he was annoyed with his mother and had been having homicidal and suicidal thoughts, according to a probable cause statement.

The question may become whether such advertising costs are excessive. However, President Dean Rueckert of Rueckert Advertising & Public Relations would disagree. The point Rueckert makes is that with a viewership in excess of 100 million people riveted on the commercial, the cost per person watching is roughly 3 pennies each.

Rueckert says the ability for advertisers to capture so many demographics at one time is what makes Super Bowl advertising a worthwhile investment for those companies that can afford it. As for the lovely 20-year-old Ms. Upton, Rueckert finds that celebrities would never do a commercial readily agree to Super Bowl spots because they know the brand of advertising there is big-budget oriented and high-profile.

Eminem suing Facebook For $150k

The Huff Post writes:

Eight Mile Style filed a federal lawsuit in Detroit on Monday alleging that a 30-second Facebook ad broadcast online last month copied music from Eminem’s 2000 song “Under the Influence.”

The Detroit Free Press (http://on.freep.com/10LFB2N) reports that the ad was featured in a webcast by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg to announce Facebook Home, an interface for Android phones.

The complaint says Portland, Ore., ad agency Wieden+Kennedy copied Eminem’s music “in an effort to curry favor” with Facebook by catering to Zuckerberg’s personal likes and to “invoke the same irreverent theme” of the song.

“Not one person, however, who heard the Facebook advertisement, and commented about it on the blogosphere, noted any similarity between [it] and any Michael Jackson song,” the complaint notes. “To the contrary, it is clear that the Airplane advertisement copied directly the Eminem/D12 Composition, and ordinary observers have so concluded.”

Eight Mile Style is reportedly seeking up to $150,000 per infringement.

Amanda Bynes Flight: Google Search Is Not Official ID

Bynes, 27, stated that she is unhappy when the media posts older photos of her because she looks prettier with the newer nose. She has also said the surgery was one of the best decisions she has ever made, and it has given her confidence.

“Intouch used a photo from years ago on their cover and I hate it! The reason I’ve asked all magazines and blogs to stop using old photos of me is I don’t look like that anymore! I had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes. I wasn’t going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don’t want old photos used anymore!” she tweeted May 5.

“I’m so sick of magazines and blogs using old photos! When will they stop?” Bynes continued. “I will never look like that again! Having surgery was the most amazing thing for my confidence!”

Bynes has attracted a large amount of attention recently on Twitter due to posting photos of herself in which she appears scantily clad or topless.

She has also tweeted about how she has gained weight and needs to lose 35 pounds. Another photo shows her with a half-shaved head, which Bynes claims is similar to a friend’s haircut. The photos have created concern among fans and drawn ridicule from around the Internet, with some people questioning Bynes’ mental health.

The actress has appeared in a string of televisions shows and low budget movies. She officially retired from acting in 2011 so she could focus on fashion design.

Katherine Webb Calories Revelation: Beauty Queen Only Consumes 1120 Calories A Day

The former beauty queen, who sky-rocketed to fame during the BCS National Championship game as the rediculoly good looking girlfriend of quarterback A.J. McCarron, sparked controversy on Wednesday when she revealed that she only consumes a measly 1,120 calories a day in her eating diary, which she explains as being about “self control.”

Webb told People that she keeps her 5’11″ figure lean by keeping a strict diet of 1,120 calories made up of three meals and two snacks. She intersperses cardio and weight training at least three times each week.

“It’s all about self control,” Webb said. She also avoids bread and sugar. After long modeling shoots, though, Webb allows herself a cheat or two: “I usually go for all-American buffalo wings and French fries.”

“I try my hardest not to even consider getting something like pasta,” she tells People magazine. “It’s all about self-control.”

“I cut out any type of bread product, and cake, cookies, bagels. When I eat a lot of sugar, I tend to bloat more,” she adds.

According to NHS, an average man needs around 2,500 calories a day to maintain his weight. For an average woman, that figure is around 2,000 calories a day. These values can vary depending on age and levels of physical activity, among other factors.

S.W.A.T. Star Dies At 87 (PHOTO)

A respected actor for more than 60 years, Forrest splashed onto the scene in 1953 as New Star of the Year at the Golden Globes for the film So Big, opposite Jane Wyman.

TV Guide writes:

Forrest soon transitioned to TV series such Playhouse 90, Lux Video Theater, and Alfred Hitchcock Presents. He became a fixture in the American Western genre. His classic Western TV roles included Gunsmoke, Bonanza, and The Virginian.

The actor signed under contract to the BBC in 1965 — as was more common in that era. He starred as John Mannering, an antique dealer/secret agent, in the hit British crime drama The Baron — the first color series on British TV.

From legendary TV producer Aaron Spelling, Forrest starred on the ABC action show S.W.A.T. for two seasons. The series was the basis for the 2003 film of the same name. Forrest’s later TV roles included Dallas, Malibu, and Gunsmoke: Return to Dodge.

Forrest is survived by his wife of 65 years, Christine, sons Michael, Forrest and Stephen and four grandchildren.

Women wearing hats emblazoned with “**** Cancer”—a pink ribbon strategically placed where the “C” would be in the “F” word—were kicked out of the King of Prussia Mall on Sunday, 6ABC reports.

According to reports, Zakia and her sisters wore the hats at the King of Prussia Mall while they were shopping for funeral dresses for the funeral of their mother, who died last week … of cancer.

“The logo, the saying, is the only expression that I feel is strong enough to defeat the word, defeat the disease,” said Zakia Clark, whose 51-year-old mother, Jackie Underwood, died last week.

Where the story turns slightly absurd when you realize—as the sisters pointed out—that stores in the mall carry a variety of profane clothing objects. King of Prussia Mall is fine selling you such apparel, apparently, as long as you keep it in a (metaphorical) brown paper bag until it leaves their campus. “To say they don’t want that in their mall, but they sell it… it just wasn’t right,” said Makia Underwood. “It wasn’t right to kick us out, and you sell things with curse words on them.”

Security approached and asked them to take the hats off or leave.

“I said, ‘I’m not leaving. I spend money here and I’m not going to leave,’” said Zakia.

“He said, ‘You know what? Shut your mouth. That was your cue to stop shopping.’ So I removed my hat,” she said.

Mall officials defended their decision to keep the patrons—or their hats, at least—curse free. But they also expressed condolences and offered to donate to the anti-cancer charity of the sisters’ choice.

Management told 6ABC: “The mall is first and foremost a family destination. Certain words and images, whether obvious or suggested, spoken or written on clothing, are considered profane and can offend many people.”
