Warner Bros. stated last month that “We’re madly looking for development partners, we’re looking at acquisitions.”

They revealed today that they have acquired the British developer Traveller’s Tales or also known as publisher TT Games Group.

They are the developer which has made famous games such as Lego Star Wars, Batman, and Bionicle Heroes.

The studio is already working on Lego Batman: The Game for Warner Bros. The story goes that Warner Bros. was so impressed with how the Lego Batman game was turning out, that they just bought the company.

There were no financial details announced as of yet. This is the second developer since January 2004 that Warner Bros. has acquired. They also acquired Monolith productions less than a year ago.
