Square Enix Confirms Final Fantasy XIII Will Launch In 2009

Boston (dbTechno) - Japanese video game publisher Square Enix Co. Ltd. confirmed over the weekend, that their highly-anticipated game Final Fantasy XIII will launch in 2009 in Japan on the PS3. The game will launch on the Xbox 360 and PS3 in North America and Europe.
The announcement was made over the weekend at a major video game event held in Tokyo, as many fans have been dying to get any further information on the role-playing game.
They have learned that the game will be an exclusive to the Sony PS3 in Japan when it releases in 2009.
In North America and Europe though, the game will be sold for both the Microsoft Xbox 360, as well as the Sony PS3.
There has yet to be any confirmation as to when the game will release in North America and Europe though.
