This comes as they also continue to withhold information consisting of a live of Chinese suppliers. Congressional investigators have been trying to gain access to this list repeatedly.

The FDA continues to issue alerts to hospitals and other organizations which still have the contaminated heparin.

According to a report by the Wall Street Journal, the FDA believes that if they reveal the names of the Chinese suppliers of the blood-thinner heparin, they wil violate confidentiality agreements which state they cannot release the names of the companies.

The FDA is working with the Congressional panel to try and figure out how to give them the information they need without violating the privacy agreements.

This has proven to be quite a hard task though because the FDA does not want to violate the agreements, while in turn it is trying to cooperate with the investigators.

Since the troubles with heparin began, there have been 81 deaths in the U.S. linked to the tainted drug.

Many of the tainted materials come from China, which is why the Congressional panel is seeking the list of companies for their investigation.

The hell with the FDA. Tell Baxter to release the names of their suppliers or face civil and criminal proceedings for supplying tainted pharmas.

My mother just died after fighting a MONTH LONG battle for her LIFE. She had a heart cath procedure done and ended up in some type of shock at the end of it! I would like to know what happened and why.

MY GOVERNMENT HAS AN AGREEMENT WITH A COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT TO PROTECT THEM?

WHO THE HELL ARE THEY SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING FOR?

According to an AP report Health Secretary Mike Leavitt, Heparin is now “safe”, because of tighter testing and controls! The US will now set up FDA offices in China to monitor product safety.

    Sounds like a major cover-up.
