Washington (dbTechno) – The smoke from the wildfires in California is beginning to go away, and with that, the air quality in the Bay Area is starting to improve.
It was just last Friday that a health advisory was released, instructing people in the Bay Area to stay away from any type of outdoor activity.
The air quality was listed as unhealthy, which is a very rare occurence in the state of California.
There have been thousands upon thousands of firefighters working around the clock to try to put out the wildfires, which numbered over 1,000 in total.
Saturday marked the first day in nearly a week that there was no health advisory released in regards to Bay Area locations.
The high level of smoke in the air can lead to many health problems, illnesses, etc.
The wildfires were caused by a severe lightning storm last weekend, and continues throughout the week.
