Boston (dbTechno) – The West Nile Virus has hit the state of Colorado. This comes as the first West Nile Virus cases of the season have been confirmed in the state.
The Colorado State Department of Public Health has confirmed that there have been 2 cases reported thus far.
One of the cases is from Boulder county, while the other is from Logan county.
The two patients who have been hit by the West Nile Virus are said to be recovering.
This is the first time this summer that there have been any reported human cases within the state.
They continue to try to gauge to see how severe it will be throughout the summer months.
