Low-Carb Diet Proves To Be Helpful For Your Cholesterol
July 18, 2008
Washington (dbTechno) - According to a new study, low-carb and Mediterranean diets have proven to be the most healthy in helping you control your weight, as well as your cholesterol.
The study, which was released just a few days ago, revealed that the low-carb diet actually helped lower cholesterol more than the other two types of diets.
The other two types of diets were more focused on restricting calories and fat intake rather than controlling carbs.
It has been argued for quite some time as to which diet is the best, and most healthy to follow.
Experts are now saying that if you want to lower your cholesterol, a low-carb diet may be the best way to go.
The low-carb diet also helped people lose more weight than other diets.
Beyond the cholesterol, many more bonuses were found to improve your health with the low-carb diet.
