Over 2,000 California Hospital Workers Launch 24-Hour Strike

Washington (dbTechno) - Over 2,000 health care workers in the state of California launched a 24-hour strike on Thursday against the Daughters of Charity Health System.
The strike was intended to make a push to get the Daughters of Charity health System improved, to better the quality of care that patients receive.
The health care workers made it clear that they were not happy,a s they want the Daughters of Charity to change things, stop unfair labor practices, and improve quality of care.
Thousands took to the picket line on Thursday to push for the Daughters of Charity to improve patient care.
The strike kicked off very early Thursday morning, around 6 a.m. and continued for 24-hours.
The strike was held at five different hospitals around the state of California.
These hospitals include St. Francis Medical Center in LA, Seton Medical Center in Daly City, Seton Coastside in Moss Beach, O’Connor Hospital in San Jose, and St. Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy.
