Washington (dbTechno) – Apple has caused quite a stir recently in regards to their new device, known as the Brick. So exactly what is the Apple Brick? We are not completely sure just yet, but appears to be linked to an updates line of MacBook computers.
Apple has been working on their very own manufacturing plans for quite some time now.
The latest news on the Apple Brick comes from the site 9to5Mac.com, detailing what it could be.
Reports state that the Apple Brick details a new manufacturing process, that could lead to solid-aluminum being used as the chassis for MacBooks to come.
The manufacturing is done via the use of water-jet cutting tools, as well as lasers.
This could lead to smaller and lighter laptops overall, with the chassis being one solid piece of metal.
The next-gen MacBook laptops are expected to launch on October 14, 2008, and could show us exactly what the Apple B rick is all about!
