South Dakota Confirms First Flu Death, Go Get A Flu Shot!

Boston (dbTechno) – The state of South Dakota has confirmed their first human death from the flu this season.  This is acting as a reminder that there is still time to go out and get a flu shot before it is too late.

The South Dakota state Department of Health confirmed that the person who died was elderly.

There is no word if it was a male or female, but the elderly person was either of the age of 80 or older.

He or she lived in the southeastern part of the state of South Dakota.

The person not only suffered from influenza, but also had other conditions as well.

This is acting as a reminder for people to go out and get a flu shot while there is still time to stay protected during these winter months.
