Washington (dbTechno) – A new report released by the Health and Human Services Department has called for immediate health care reform in the United States.
The new report from the Health and Human Services Department was released this week, underlining the feeling that health care reform needs to start now.
The report is a very interesting thing to look at and can be found by heading over to www.healthreform.gov.
It includes a variety of studies which have been put out showcasing the issues with the health care system in the U.S.
What they reveal is that health care consist of 16% of the GDP in the U.S>, which is extremely high.
On top of that, over the last decade health care costs have increased a great deal, doubling from 1996 to 2006.
The Health and Human Services Department made it clear that they do not feel that the U.S. is suppling people with high-quality health care as of yet.
The hope is that they can get health care reform rolling this year to fix this.
President Barack Obama has made it very clear that he wants to push for health care reform within the next 12 months.
I guess the best part of competition between the public and private insurance will be that it can bring down the excessive costs and raise the quality of service to survive particularly in private sector , therefore there is no need to worry about the expensive medical costs over time, as EUROPE tells it.
Thank You !
