Marijuana Cafe Opens in Portland Oregon

Boston (DbTechNo) - The first US marijuana cafe has opened in Portland and is a place for people to go to smoke the drug who have been certified to do so.
The marijuana cafe is a safe place for people to go and smoke the drug, out of site of the general population.
People who have been cleared to smoke marijuana for medicinal purposes, can purchase the drug from the marijuana cafe, and smoke up while hanging out with fellow smokers.
They can also purchase food if they like, but the cafe does not have a liquor license.
Only 100 smokers can use the marijuana cafe at a given time, and the luxury comes with a $25 per month charge.
The establishment should be quite popular as there are more than 21000 registered patients in Portland.
