Weight Watchers Changing Their Point System

If you are thinking of trying Weight Watchers to lose a few pounds there are a few changes on the way to the points structure that is used to determine what food can be eaten.

The new points structure will make it clear how much protein, carbohydrate, fiber and fat a person can consume daily and has already been unveiled in the UK.

An exciting addition to the new points system is “real living” points, which allow for people following the diet to cheat now and again.

The diet is being modified to keep up with the times regarding diet research, as previously Weight Watchers was based on calory content of food.

Pro Points is the name of the UK version of the diet and the name for the US version has not yet been revealed.
