Steve Ballmer Moves On As The Big Cheese At Microsoft

Washington (dbTechno) - It couldn’t have been a stress-free week last week for Microsoft Chief Executive Steve Ballmer, as he had to watch his companion Bill Gates leave the company. With that even taking place, Ballmer now stands alone as the big voice of Microsoft.

Steve Ballmer is getting ready to move into the office that has been occupied by Bill Gates for years.

All is not going to be easy for Ballmer at first though, as he has many challenges faces him.

The first and biggest challenge is the continued push by Microsoft to get inito the search engine market, and make a far bigger splash than they have managed to do in the past

They attempted to do this by trying to acquire Yahoo, but failed in that attempt.

The other big goal for Microsoft is to deal with their issues they are having overseas in a variety of companies.

Beyond that, they also still face the issue with getting people to transition over from Windows XP to Windows Vista.

Many questions remain, but with this move now done, it all rests on the shoulders of Ballmer.
