Facebook Announces Changes to Privacy Settings

Boston (DbTechNo) - Social networking web site Facebook have announced changes to their privacy options.
The intent of the update is to allow for users of the site, to have more control over their own privacy options.
The increased level of privacy options will allow users to decide on their own which photos, and personal details are viewable by their own friends.
Currently more than 200 million people use Facebook making it one of the largest social networking sites on the web.
Facebook plans to roll out the privacy changes over the coming weeks.
According to Chris Kelly, Facebook’s chief privacy officer, people are more likely to use internet tools that are easy to use.
“When tools are simple, users are more likely to use them,” he said.
