Lotus Notes Coming To The Apple iPhone

Boston (dbTechno) - IBM is getting ready to release a version of Lotus Notes e-mai lfor the Apple iPhone as well as the Apple iPod Touch.
This is going to give the Apple iPhone a big boost in the corporate world as the iPhone will now be able to use the popular e-mail system.
IBM is set to make Lotus Notes available for the iPhone. The announcement is expected to be made at the Lotusphere conference in Orlando next week.
IBM will also release the Symphony productivity suite for Apple computers. This is very similar to Google Apps in that it has a word processor, a presentation application, as well as a spreadsheet application.
IBM spokesman Mike Azzie stated that Apple and IBM “have a lot in common. We’re going to cross-pollinate.”
This should be a big boost to the iPhone and give it a chance to take down RIM.
