Apple CEO Steve Jobs, in the past, has always been known for his keynote speeches that he has made at past Macworld trade shows.

This year though things are going to be different as he will not be filling his duty per usual.

He is going to be replaced by Philip Schiller, the senior vice president of worldwide product marketing.

On top of that, this coming Macworld will be the very last time that Apple actually exhibits at the trade show.

There is no word as to why Steve Jobs will not do the keynote, but many are wondering if it is because of his health.

The 53-year old Steve Jobs went through surgery back in 2004 for pancreatic cancer, and has been said to be having health issues.

In past years, Macworld has been used for major Apple announcements such as the iPhone, but that will not be the case any longer.
