Verizon unveiled four phones on Wednesday which will be available for the 2007 holiday season. One problem Verizon has had in the past is that they have been missing having the cool gadget phone. When they passed on the Apple iPhone many users were irate, but they will be smiling after this announcement. The LG Voyager looks like the iPhone in many ways but also slides open to have a full QWERTY keypad.

The LG Voyager will have full access to the mobile internet on the Verizon 3G data network as well as Shortcut menu icons on the touch screen.

The LG Voyager will also include V Cast Mobile TV, Video, and Music services as well as an HTML Web browser, MP3, WMA, and uprotected AAC files support.

The LG Voyager will get storage from its removable MicroSD memory slot which can hold up to 8GB of memory.

The other announcements include the Juke by Samsung, the Venus by LG, and the BlackBerry Pearl 8130.

The Juke has a music player, 2.0 megapixel camera, and camcorder as well as 2GB of internal storage.

The Pearl was introduced over a year ago and will use the broadband network EV-DO from Verizon. They are all expected to be on sale before Thanksgiving.
