May 13, 2008
Seattle (dbTechno) - Microsoft and Research in Motion made the announcement on Monday that the Windows Live Hotmail and Live Messenger services are coming to BlackBerry mobile devices.
These new services will be launched on BlackBerry mobile devices this summer, moving the Blackberrys into a position where they are not just for business messaging anymore.
The first to get the Windows Live services include the BlackBerry 7000 and 8000 lines, along with the new BlackBerry Bold.
Microsoft continues to expand with its Windows Live Hotmail and Live Messenger services, which are currently also available on Nokia Series 60 devices, as well as on Windows Mobile phones.
