T-Mobile Offers Home Phone For $10 Per Month

Washington (dbTechno) - T-Mobile has announced their @Home service whichi was unveiled on June 25. The service will allow people to sign up for a home telephone plan for just $10 per month.

The service will be switched over by T-Mobile from your existing home phone number quickly and easily.

You will then receive and make calls via your broadband connection, similar to Vonage and other companies out there.

Similar offers are available from Verizon as well as AT&T, but this is the first time T-Mobile is jumping in with such a low-priced deal.

T-Mobile is hoping to accomplish a few things with the service, including getting new subscribers to their home service, and taking subscribers away from other companies.

The $10 per month service is half of what it costs for Vonage’s lowest-priced plan.

Those who sign up will only need to buy a T-Mobile @Home Wi-Fi router for $50.
