Apple Touts iPhone 3G Sales, Now Above 1 Million

Washington (dbTechno) - Apple has announced the opening weekend sales figures for the iPhone 3G, stating that they have already sold more than 1 million units.
Over the first three-days of the iPhone 3G being on sale, Apple has sold 1 million units, and also has recorded 10 million apps downloaded over the App Store.
The Apple iPhone 3G went on sale last Friday and many Apple stores were sold out of their inventory within a matter of just hours.
The device went ons ale in 21 countries, and enjoyed great success.
All did not go well though as Apple has activation problems in many locations, as well as limited supplies and such.
