Steve Jobs stated that they have this remote application in the iPhone that allows them to basically disable anything they desire.

This feature, already installed in the iPhone’s Mac OS, allows Apple to connect to an iPhone via the Apple servers, and check for any unauthorized apps installed on the iPhone.

This can allow them to remove any apps that they consider to be on the “Blacklist.”

These apps currently include things such as Netshare, I Am Rich, PhoneSaber, and others.

Many have shown their anger against Apple as of late, who has been adding applications to the Blacklist quite regularly over the past week.

Apple CEO Steve Jobs stated that the company will only use the feature when absolutely necessary.
