AT&T Manages To Fix Northeat Data Network Outage
September 4, 2008
Washington (dbTechno) - AT&T Inc. came out on Wednesday and stated that they have fixed a data network outage in the Northeastern part of the United States.
The outage forced mobile users to be unable to use the mobile data services of AT&T.
This kept them from doing any web surfing, reading of e-mail, etc.
AT&T is the exclusive U.S. provider of the Apple iPhone, and also sells many BlackBerry products.
AT&T has stated though that they have found the issue, and fixed it only a few hours later.
The company apparently was having a routing issue which was forcing the fastest data network in the U.S. to come to a halt.
