Russell Brand in New York City has released to the DVD format from Paramount, starring Russell Brand, best known for his role in the hit film Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

Russell Brand in New York City brings Russell Brand the comedian to New York City for a stand-up set that lasts 60-minutes.

This stand-up set is absolutely hilarious and will have you laughing your tail off if you enjoy his brand of comedy.

There is something about this guy that is just damn funny, and it will have you laughing out loud at many moments during it.

The extras on the release are pretty sub-par, with some outtakes as well as deleted scenes from his performance.  Other extras include his monologue at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards, and a feature showing him in NYC.

Russell Brand in New York City packs some raunchy comedy that is sure to have you laughing from start to finish, very funny stuff.

Content: 8.4 The comedy here is top-notch, very funny stuff.

Extras: 7.0 Some funny extras, nice to see some effort was added in.
