With the holidays now upon us, Disney has come out with the full-length feature film, Mickey’s Magical Christmas - Snowed in at the House of Mouse on DVD.

This film was originally released on DVD back in 2001, and has now received a re-release for fans to go back and once again enjoy.

This followed the House of Mouse series on the Disney Channel, and was basically a long episode of the show focused on Christmas.

The idea here is to have all of the popular Disney characters together, including the 101 Dalmations, Pooh, Simba from the Lion King, Pinnocchio, and others.

The feature film here focuses on Mickey and his Disney pals trying to cheer up Donald Duck, who is lacking the Christmas spirit to say the least.

It is not the best holiday film as the story is very weak and the animation leaves much to be desired, but in the end, it will still appeal to the younger audience out there who will enjoy seeing all of their Disney characters together.

As for the extras, you get the sing-along-songs of Sleigh Ride and Deck The Halls, as well as a featurette on Disney sound effects and the premiere episode of House of Mouse.

The extras are decent, but they do little really add value to this package.

For those looking for a great holiday flick to pick up this holiday season, there are clearly better choices out there than this re-release. In the end though, if you have a little one completely obsessed with all of the Disney characters, they will still find enjoyment seeing them all together.
