The finding of carbon dioxide is so important due to the fact that it is one of the byproducts of life.

With CO2 present, there is the possibility that it could lead to biological activity, the same way it does on the planet Earth.

NASA is clearly excited about the find as they believe that it could lead to finding planets such as this hone and others which could  actually have life forms living on them.

The planet Hubble has been analyzing is around the size of Jupiter and has the name HD189733b.

The Hubble Space Telescope used a new method of observation to look at distant planets in order to make the find.

NASA has stated that the planet in its current form is too hot to host any life like what lives on Earth.

The possibility is there though that different types of life forms could l ive on this planet.

The other big factor is that this backs up the belief that there is likely life in other far-away solar systems.

  • Oh, good grief! Every time scientists THINK they have found some element or compound that just happens to also be found on Earth, the first thing they do is go hollering about life.
“Ooooh! There water vapor there. There must be life!”
“Oooooh. There’s ice up there. Must be life!”
“Ooooh. There’s some trace amounts of carbon dioxide there. Must be life!”
WAKE UP guys and gals, and stop sniffing your bunsen burner fuel. You get paid way too much for this ridiculous and meaningless speculation masquerading as “science”.
When you find some feces on some distant, multi billion light years away rock, then let’s talk about life. Until then, join the fight to cure some of these diseases that keep robbing people of their lives. Oh, but that’s right, you haven’t yet figured out what causes half of them. Sorry. I expect too much.
It’s easier to point a scope of some kind at the deep, dark reaches of space and tell us what you see; no one can prove a word of it and you don’t have to. What a racket!

  • NOW WE KNOW WHERE THE LITTLE GREEN MEN LIVE!!!
