Boston (dbTechno) - Dendreon is set to release results on their prostate cancer drug Provenge today, and by doing so could make history.

The IMPACT study is set to be presented at the American Urological Association in Chicago at 2:20 p.m. Central time today.
Dendreon revealed a tidbit of information back on April 14th about the drug, stating that the drug was able to increase survival for prostate cancer patients.
Keywords such as the drug being a “clear hit” on the April 14th announcement sent the stock tripling.
Experts believe that if the prostate cancer drug is approved, annual sales would top $1 billion.
We will have more details on this monumental drug later today when all is revealed.
