NASA Not Concerned About Rough Soyuz Landing

Washington (dbTechno) - NASA has come out and stated that they are not worried about the rough landing of the Soyuz space capsule as it returned to Earth. This comes, despite the fact that this is the second-straight Soyuz capsule to have trouble returning and landing back on Earth.

NASA has insisted that Russia has everything under control in terms of their space program and the Soyuz space capsule.

A Russian space official has come out and stated that the crew aboard the Soyuz space capsule, which included South Korea’s first astronaut, Yi So-Yeon, were in serious danger.

NASA has downplayed this though, stating that they were not aware of any danger the crew faced, or any increased risk during the troubled return home.

The Soyuz space capsule was inspected before it made its return home, with no problems seen.

The three members of the crew were subjected to eight times Earth’s gravity for up to two-minutes, way above the usual G-forces.

NASA has made no intent to get involved in the investigation of the incident with Russia either.
