Manhunt 2 Still Banned in Europe

Boston (dbTechno) – It was announced yesterday that Manhunt 2 had received an M rating from the ESRB allowing it to launch in North America on October 31st, while Europe apparently is still banning the game.

Manhunt 2 is going to be released in North America on October 31st, that is confirmed. Rockstar put out a modified version of the game which allowed it to get that ever important M rating.

There has been no news about the European release of Manhunt 2. It appears that right now it is still banned as Rockstar’s Sam Houser stated “It is very good news that Manhunt 2 has now been rated M for North America and will be released October 31st. However, we have no upated information on the BBFC status of the game.”

Europe has to continue to wait and just hope that Rockstar finds a way to get this game released to coincide with the North American launch.
